The project proposes 117 apartments on the Pacific Highway between Roseville and Chatswood train stations. Chatswood Rose is a six-level complex that will sit above a ground floor occupied by a car showroom, with a cafe and restaurants proposed in the refurbished heritage building on the William Street corner. Extensive landscape to the podium and rooftops includes a range of garden courtyards, contemplative water features and a small toddler play area with family seating. The community gardens are extensive, with different north-facing terraces providing opportunities for shared and private planters, for vegetables, herbs and fruiting or flowering plants. Rooftop barbeque and playground areas provide a generous family area with expansive views across Chatswood.
