Al Zeina Waterfront

Al Zeina was completed as Stage 1 of the large Al Raha Beach project in Abu Dhabi, designed by Esquisse Design Studio. Completed for Aldar Developments, the 1 km long waterfront incorporating a 300metre long sandy beach. Al Zeina project involves 18 apartment towers, extensive villas with private courtyards, 12 swimming pools; beachfront terraces and gardens, A retail precinct resolves with waterfront cafes and restaurants on a large civic terrace and pier. Landscape includes private gardens, plazas and lush gardens throughout the development. Site Image worked with Esquisse from landscape masterplan through to detailed documentation.
