Site Image and LAVA completed masterplan through to detailed concept proposals for this significant Singapore waterfront project. A Super-Yacht Marina and signature hotel form the anchor, with a series of entertainment, leisure, food village, and large scale event areas creating an activated public access waterfront. A series of hotels and apartments occupy the rear of the site above multi-level carpark podium. Further public marina and allied hotels and residential resolve the northern end of the site and continue the activation of the waterfront.
