Our team is led by Partners Ross Shepherd and Nick Metcalf in Sydney, Mike Phillips in Melbourne, and Jason Zhang in Shanghai — each providing a hands-on design and project leadership role. The Partners are supported by Associates, and full range of Landscape and Urban Designers with specialist skills in construction and detailing, site design, public art, horticulture, environment, documentation, 3D and graphics, and full range of skills to assist international best practice delivery of services.
