Iskandar Waterfront

The Waterfront is a key retail, entertainment, resort and residential area of Nusajaya, a key component of Iskandar Malaysia with 24,000 acres of contiguous property development. Puteri Harbour along the coast is the main commercial hub of the precinct, with The Waterfront having the closest proximity to the ‘second link’ bridge from Singapore, and therefore focusses on providing a destination lifestyle and entertainment precinct for residents of Iskandar and Singapore. Site Image have completed all aspects of the project masterplanning and concept design from first principles through to detailed concept development for costing and development modelling, staging and engineering coordination. LAVA have provided initial concept forms for key buildings and 3-D modelling of all areas.
